CPAR Certified Revenue Cycle Lead

Assisting in the management of the Patient Contact Center, the full-time CPAR Certified Revenue Cycle Lead will monitor call volumes, handle specialty accounts, and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Patient Contact Center, ensuring service standards are met Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing training and support as needed Oversee specialty accounts, including high balance and deceased accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines Required qualifications CPAR Certification High School Diploma A minimum of five (5) years of experience in collections, hospital, or business office settings Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Revenue Cycle systems Knowledge of state collection laws and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
