CPA Vice President of Accounting

Providing strategic leadership for the accounting function, the full-time salaried CPA Vice President of Accounting will ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee internal controls and audits, and mentor accounting teams while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the senior accounting leader and advisor on complex financial reporting and compliance matters Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial statements and reports for multiple entities Lead and develop high-performing accounting teams while driving continuous improvement in accounting processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in publicly-traded organizations 5+ years of experience leading accounting teams in a growth-oriented environment Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and strong understanding of technical accounting matters
