CPA Senior Accounting Manager

To support a growing accounting function, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Accounting Manager will lead general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting while managing a high-performing team in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide leadership in general ledger accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and scalable operations Lead the annual financial statement audit and quarterly review processes, coordinating with external auditors Drive improvements in accounting operations through technology and automation, enhancing efficiency and scalability Required qualifications CPA certification with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting Strong technical accounting foundation with experience in US GAAP and complex accounting matters Proven experience leading financial close and reporting processes in a high-growth environment Demonstrated success in developing high-performing accounting teams and fostering accountability Experience improving accounting operations through process redesign and technology adoption
