CPA Senior Accountant

To support a growing clinic, the remote Senior Accountant will manage month-end close processes, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with GAAP while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Perform and review monthly close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, to ensure accurate financial reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports to track financial performance and identify trends Support tax filings and regulatory reporting, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with external agencies Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; significant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit required Experience in corporate accounting, tax, intercompany transactions, or financial reporting preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
