Leading the Financial Planning & Analysis function, the full-time remote CPA Licensed FP&A Director will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives in the eDiscovery and LegalTech industry. Key responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes to align with company goals Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and pricing strategies Provide financial partnership to department heads, optimizing resource allocation and driving operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced education is a plus CPA designation is highly preferred Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A management Experience in the eDiscovery, Legal Technology, or Professional Services industry is strongly desired Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and applicable financial practices and regulations
