To support the company's accounting processes, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Fixed Assets Manager will manage fixed asset accounting, oversee work-in-progress capitalization, and ensure compliance with accounting standards through cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities Manage fixed asset GL processes, including additions, deletions, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Organize and oversee work-in-progress GL management, ensuring timely asset classification and accurate financial reporting Assist with property tax support by preparing necessary data and journal entries for property tax filings Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Active state CPA license obtained by passing the Uniform CPA Exam Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience focused on fixed asset accounting Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles Experience with fixed asset accounting software and subledger reconciliation
