CPA Licensed Financial Reporting Manager

To support the preparation and filing of financial reports, the full-time CPA Licensed Financial Reporting Manager will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and assist in technical accounting matters while working remotely from the East Coast. Key Responsibilities Prepare and support the timely filing of multiple required financial reports, including drafting financial statements and disclosures Research and analyze technical accounting issues for complex transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP and prepare necessary accounting memoranda Support external audit activities and compliance initiatives, maintaining documentation for internal controls over financial reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of combined public accounting and/or industry experience with direct involvement in financial reporting processes CPA license Experience supporting external reporting, preferably with a Big Four or national public accounting firm Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements and experience with SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
