Supporting enterprise-wide financial planning and analytics, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Finance Program Manager will manage complex budgeting processes, lead financial system enhancements, and deliver data-driven insights for strategic decision-making while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities Lead and optimize annual budget processes and quarterly reforecasts across multiple markets and entities Provide financial analysis and support for income statements, balance sheets, and long-term projections Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership and governance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related fields Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or other BI tools), Excel, and relational databases Experience with healthcare claims, eligibility, and financial datasets CPA certification preferred
