To support financial operations, the full-time hybrid remote CPA Licensed Finance Manager will oversee month-end close processes, financial reporting, and compliance while leading team development and enhancing financial technology systems. Key responsibilities Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance Oversee finance and accounting operations, including cash management and bank coordination, while establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) Lead process improvements and team development initiatives, fostering collaboration and excellence in financial operations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role required 2+ years of experience leading a team required CPA license preferred Thorough knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial technology systems
