CPA Licensed Corporate Accountant

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Corporate General Ledger Accountant will maintain the integrity of the consolidated general ledger, manage the monthly close process, and support Division Controllers in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor the corporate and consolidated general ledger in accordance with GAAP Own the monthly close process, including preparing and posting journal entries for corporate entities Support the multi-entity consolidation process and perform balance sheet account reconciliations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or active pursuit of CPA licensure preferred 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment Experience with consolidations across multiple legal entities preferred Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills Strong working knowledge of GAAP and experience supporting external audits
