CPA Licensed Business Unit Controller

Leading the financial oversight for North America's largest business unit, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Business Unit Controller will manage accounting, financial reporting, and compliance while guiding a team of accounting professionals in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Direct revenue recognition, inventory control, general accounting, and compliance functions while collaborating with operations and FP&A Oversee the monthly accounting close process and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Provide strategic financial counsel to management and mentor finance staff while fostering continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification required; MBA is a plus 8+ years of diverse financial experience with at least 3 years in a management role Proven ability to navigate complex financial environments and implement effective processes Experience with revenue recognition standards and intercompany transactions
