Leading audit and related engagements for financial services clients, the full-time CPA Licensed Audit Senior will build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a collaborative team environment, with the option to work remotely or from various locations. Key responsibilities Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and client service Develop an understanding of client operations and provide recommendations to strengthen business processes and financial operations Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns, providing feedback to enhance their development and engagement performance Required qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting with 150 semester hours of education 3+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience CPA license or active progress towards obtaining a CPA Strong analytical, technical accounting, and auditing skills Experience in the financial services industry is helpful but not required
