To support the finance department, the remote full-time CPA Licensed Assistant Controller will manage day-to-day finance operations, oversee accounting and international consolidation, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards while fostering strong interdepartmental relationships. Key responsibilities: Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Maintain internal controls for SaaS sales results, revenue reporting, accruals, and cash management Analyze financial data and present accurate financial reports, including budget to actual variance reporting Required qualifications: Degree in accounting or finance CPA required 5-7+ years of accounting experience, including international multi-currency experience Strong proficiency in NetSuite and Excel Experience with AI-driven process improvements and strategic data interpretation
