CPA Licensed Accounting Director

Owning day-to-day accounting and treasury operations, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Accounting Director will manage the month-end close, financial consolidations, and annual audits while leading a small, high-performing accounting team. Key responsibilities Lead the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis Oversee monthly consolidation across a multi-entity structure, ensuring GAAP compliance and clean intercompany eliminations Direct the annual financial statement audit, acting as the primary external liaison and managing the audit lifecycle Required qualifications Active CPA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role Hands-on experience with month-end close, financial consolidation, and GAAP compliance in a multi-entity organization Experience leading external financial statement audits, including PBC management Proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable enterprise ERP, along with advanced Excel skills
