CPA Licensed Accounting Director

Leading the company's accounting operations in a fully remote capacity, the CPA Licensed Accounting Director will drive process transformation, oversee full accounting functions, and manage audit readiness while partnering closely with executive leadership in a high-growth SaaS environment. Key responsibilities Lead transformation and standardization of accounting policies, controls, and workflows to enhance operational discipline Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, revenue accounting, accounts payable, and project-based billing for accurate financial results Drive improvements in billing, collections, and working capital through collaboration with Sales, Operations, and executive leadership Required qualifications BS in Accounting or related field required CPA license required Experience in a private equity-backed company M&A and acquisition due diligence experience required
