Seeking a bilingual CPA Licensed Accounting Associate, the full-time remote position will manage onboarding for new clients, deliver high-quality accounting and tax support, and handle daily bookkeeping tasks for a diverse client base with an emphasis on Turkish-speaking clients. Key responsibilities Guide new clients through onboarding and set up their accounting records Handle daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, and prepare U.S. corporate and individual income tax returns Support client acquisition and retention by delivering responsive, high-quality service Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping and accounting experience Fluency in Turkish and English, written and spoken CPA license or CPA track candidates will be prioritized Strong working knowledge of GAAP
