CPA Licensed Accountant Assistant

Providing virtual support from the Philippines, the full-time CPA Licensed Accountant Assistant will manage accounting functions, coordinate communications with business partners, and conduct research on various projects while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Perform accounting functions and prepare reports and analyses for special projects Coordinate communications and schedule meetings, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents and prioritize critical responsibilities Required qualifications Accounting degree and CPA license are required Master's degree is a plus Graduated with honors or dean's list recognition from a reputable college 5 years of working experience required, with prior experience supporting key management preferred Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
