Key responsibilities Manage and develop a multidisciplinary Lease Audit Team, ensuring quality assurance and performance alignment with business objectives Oversee audit billing processes, including client invoicing and revenue integrity management Direct multiple client engagements, ensuring timely execution and high-quality audit outcomes while collaborating with global teams Required qualifications CPA certification is required Proven experience in lease audit, financial analysis, or real estate accounting Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and client relationship management Experience in managing billing, accounts receivable, and revenue tracking Demonstrated ability in process improvement and SOP development
