CPA Fractional Chief Financial Officer

To support the leadership team, the part-time Fractional Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial oversight, tax planning, and risk management in a remote advisory capacity. Key responsibilities Advise on financial strategy and planning Review accounting and financial reporting processes Identify financial and compliance risks and provide guidance on U.S. tax planning Required qualifications CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience Strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation US Edtech experience mandatory Experience with growth-stage businesses or private equity-backed companies preferred CPA preferred
