Leading the financial reporting and technical accounting functions, the full-time salaried CPA Financial Reporting Manager will prepare financial statements, oversee compliance with U.S. GAAP, and partner with various departments to support strategic transactions and enhance reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures Research complex accounting matters and prepare technical accounting memoranda Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and maintain accounting policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Active CPA license 8+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements Experience preparing audited financial statements and researching technical accounting issues
