Owning complex areas of financial close processes, the full-time Sr. Manager - Financial Reporting will ensure GAAP compliance, provide analytical insights, and drive innovation in healthcare revenue reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial statements Develop dashboards and advanced analytic models to support financial decision-making and oversee the integration of AI capabilities Collaborate with finance teams and operational leaders to enhance reporting accuracy and mentor accounting staff Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting Six or more years of progressively responsible experience in financial reporting, preferably in healthcare finance or accounting Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools CPA certification preferred
