To support global GL operations, the full-time salaried Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany will oversee month-end close processes, manage intercompany operations, and drive operational excellence in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close processes for global entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting Lead global intercompany operations, including billing, cash settlements, and transfer pricing execution Drive the design and implementation of SOX-compliant internal controls across GL operations and intercompany processes Required qualifications CPA with 6+ years of accounting or finance experience, including 2+ years managing direct reports Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 Experience managing month-end close processes across multiple entities, including reconciliations and consolidated reporting Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools and ERP systems, preferably in a fintech or crypto environment Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
