To support Airbnb's global growth, the remote Total Compensation Accountant will manage payroll-related balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting while collaborating with various teams across the organization. Key responsibilities: Perform month and quarter end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Support Payroll Operations, Equity Administration, and Benefits teams with accounting expertise Ensure SOX compliance and accurate GAAP reporting while fulfilling internal and external reporting requirements Required qualifications: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in public accounting Experience with ERP systems, such as Workday and/or Oracle Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
