Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Min 2 years IBM Cloud Pak for Integration(CP4I) with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
- Min 2 years exp in IBM API Connect
- Min 2 Worked extensively with IBM MQ
- Good knowledge of IBM DataPower and OpenShift / Kubernetes
- More than 5 + years experience in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML ,COBOL integration services
- More than 5 + Years exp in DevOps tools such as Git CI/CD pipelines
- Microservices and hybrid cloud architecture
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Develop and manage APIs using IBM API Connect.
- Build integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
- Configure and administer IBM MQ messaging solutions.
- Implement event-driven architectures in IBM MQ
- Deploy and manage CP4I workloads on Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Define integration patterns, standards, security, and governance.
- Conduct RCA in production failures and provide solutions and implement it
- All these roles are good for Developer and AMS support engineer
In addition Support Engineer should be able to do the following
Able to work in shifts.
- Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore
- Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions as part of L2/L3 Support
