The ideal candidate will oversee the firm's calendaring system, manage court deadlines, and coordinate scheduling for attorneys, EBTs (Examination Before Trial), hearings, motions, and other legal events.This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a high-volume legal environment.We are a busy and growing full-service law firm looking to add a Paralegal/EBT Calendar Clerk to assist and support our Insurance Defense Group in Brooklyn.
