TheCheyenne County Health Department is seeking a dedicated and flexiblePart-Time or PRN RN or LPN to assist the current RN Administrator within the County Health Department.
This position will average around 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work around your personal schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer immunizations
- Conduct lab testing, including hemoglobin/lead levels and blood sugar checks
- Perform blood pressure monitoring
- Support emergency preparedness activities
- Make referrals to physicians for clients with concerns beyond public health nursing scope
- Monitor and report on disease surveillance
- Participate in community health fairs and events
- Administer and evaluate tuberculin skin tests, providing referrals as needed
