Country Site Manager

• Serve as the single HII-MT point of contact at the site for the Senior INL/A representative


• Lead, supervise, and integrate all contractor personnel on-site


• Facilitate operational planning, mission coordination, de-confliction, and communication with various stakeholders


• Provide daily oversight of aviation mission execution and ensure compliance


• Manage site administration, personnel accountability, and training compliance


• Supervise incident reporting and ensure readiness for operations


• Maintain thorough knowledge of aviation operations and applicable laws/regulations

Requirements

• 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor's in related field; or 6 years relevant progressive experience with Master's in related field


• 10 years of technical or professional management experience


• Rated rotary-wing pilot with FAA certification and a minimum of 1,500 flight hours


• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and applicable operational guidelines


• Must possess a SECRET security clearance


• Strong English communication skills
