Your Role

As Managing Director, you will spearhead NDI’s expansion across the United States, adapting our innovative business model to drive hyper-growth through bold execution. This entrepreneurial leadership role includes developing regional strategies, managing key partnerships, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Localize NDI’s business model, ensuring its relevance and competitiveness in the US market.
• Develop and execute a localized sales strategy supported by NDI’s international network and resources.
• Build, manage, and maintain a robust local sales pipeline to drive business growth.
• Ensure seamless client project delivery by managing local operations and customer relationships effectively.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key local players to enhance service delivery and market presence.
• Manage local financial operations and back-office functions in close collaboration with NDI’s global team.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a dynamic local team.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5+ years in leadership roles, focusing on market expansion and business model adaptation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for technology.

• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
