Leading the development and implementation of national program strategies, the full-time Country Manager, US will grow 350's influence and fundraising efforts while managing diverse stakeholders and enhancing the climate justice movement in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to advance US programs and campaigns Oversee fundraising efforts by articulating program strategies and collaborating with fundraising teams Manage and supervise staff, fostering a positive team culture and alignment with organizational goals Required qualifications: At least six years of experience in political organizing and campaigning Proven track record as an effective spokesperson in public-facing events and media Minimum three years of experience in people management within diverse organizations Strong understanding of climate justice and social movements in the US Experience in institutional fundraising, donor engagement, and grant reporting
