Country Manager
Summary
As Country Manager, you’ll lead U.S. operations, foster strong client relationships, and drive business growth.
Essential Duties
- Lead and execute sales projects of semiconductor mask & wafer related equipment
- Close high-value deals in advanced manufacturing equipment
- Build relationships in the U.S. high-tech industry and identify new customers for HTL
- Build and manage a local team, aligned with U.S. HR practices and carry out basic functions of payment of salary & expenses.
- Expand our network and identify new growth opportunities

Qualifications
- Proven background in sales of manufacturing equipment with software development & service capability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading teams and managing smaller operations
