The Counselor Tech plays a vital role in the residential treatment facility by providing direct support to the clinical team and contributing to the overall well-being of our clients. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks and client assistance.
nEssential Duties and Responsibilities

- Monitor facility for safety and security ensuring client's are following program rules and expectations n
- De-escalate situations and crisis as needed n
- Utilize motivational interviewing to encourage clients to remain in treatment and engage in services n
- Document interactions and incidents as requested n
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

- CPR/First Aid certified n
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with a team. n
