Counselor

Address: 40 Eisenhower Dr, Paramus, NJ 07652

Schedule: Monday – Friday (2 evening shifts/week required)

Salary: $52,000/year – $60,000/year (with free licensure supervision!)

Responsibilities

• Provide elite-level care to adolescents seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs.
• Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs.
• Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact.
• Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Required: Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Required: LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or in the process of obtaining).
