Case Management Counselor
Interviews conducted via Zoom IF selected for the opportunity, must be available to start training on Monday, November 8, 2021. Training will be conducted remotely via Zoom. Will be expected to report onsite once training is completed. The Case Management Counselor is responsible for helping to ensure that the customer is able to access and receive program services.
