Requirements
- A Master's degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Child Psychology, Counseling, Human Services Administration or related field is required
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 6 months of employment, a license from the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners, Texas State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, Texas State Board of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Texas State Board of Psychologists or similar licensure
- Experience in equine and/or other experiential therapies is preferred
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required
- Must be proficient in general office equipment operation
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting/standing
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license
- Must be available for travel as needed
