Counseling Center Director | Visionary Campus Leader

The University of Dayton invites applications for the position of Director, Counseling Center, a leader responsible for overseeing an IACS-accredited center inside the new Health and Wellbeing Center opening fall 2026. The Director reports to the AVP for Student Health and Wellbeing and collaborates with the Student Development Leadership Team to advance mental health and student success.

This role will shape prevention, treatment, crisis care, and outreach, aiming to reduce barriers for
