A growing and highly collaborative law firm is seeking an experienced attorney with strong transactional, affordable housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience to join its practice. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working on sophisticated, multi-party real estate and financing transactions within the affordable housing sector. The role offers meaningful client exposure, hands-on responsibility, and the chance to contribute to impactful development projects nationwide.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage complex affordable housing transactions from inception through closing
• Advise developers and ownership groups on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development matters, and financing structures
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents
• Coordinate deal teams and oversee transaction workflow
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, lenders, and outside partners

What We're Looking For

• 7–10 years of transactional legal experience with a strong focus on LIHTC and affordable housing
• Experience representing developers, owners, or sponsors in sophisticated real estate transactions
• Ability to independently manage transactions and supervise junior team members
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
