The successful candidate will provide strategic legal counsel across the procurement contracting pipeline, balancing business opportunity with legal risk. This hybrid position involves partnering across various departments to efficiently review and negotiate a diverse range of agreements.

Duties

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial and technical contracts.
• Partner across the firm to streamline procurement and contracting processes.
• Ensure contract intake is complete and business-ready for legal review.
• Support Procurement with SLAs, training, and practical legal guidance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on supplier contracts and risk management.
• Escalate complex legal matters to appropriate firm counsel.
• Develop and maintain supplier contracting policies and compliance practices.
• Monitor legal developments and recommend proactive updates.
• Help develop and maintain firm-wide supplier contract templates.
• Support contracting training and knowledge-sharing across the firm.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating supplier and technology contracts.
• Strong command of contract terms, regulatory requirements, and data management.

Education

Juris doctor with active license in at least one jurisdiction.

Certifications

Active legal license in at least one jurisdiction.

Skills

Experience developing contract negotiation playbooks and training.

Proven experience with AI-related agreements.
