Providing day-to-day administration and support, the full-time Enterprise COTS/GOTS Application Support Specialist will manage operational tasks for various enterprise applications in both physical and cloud-based environments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting for assigned COTS and GOTS applications Monitor application performance, availability, and service dependencies, while conducting diagnostics using maintenance tools Coordinate with various teams and manage work orders with internal and external stakeholders to resolve application issues Required qualifications Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required Minimum six years of information technology support experience, with at least three years in enterprise hardware and software solutions Experience supporting production COTS/GOTS applications and familiarity with Windows Server and IIS IAT Level II or IAT Level III certification required for privileged application administration duties Current DLA-approved Computing Environment certification applicable to assigned applications
