We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN opportunity at Williamsville Suburban Care Center. This position is a great fit for a COTA looking for scheduling flexibility while providing hands-on rehabilitation that helps residents improve daily function and independence.
What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
- Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
- Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team
- Reinforce adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic activities
- Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team members
- $30-$35/hour
- Flexible PRN scheduling

- Active New York COTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide quality, resident-centered care
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
