Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with self-care tasks, mobility activities, and therapeutic exercises
- Reinforce adaptive strategies and equipment use during treatment sessions
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the OT
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Active COTA license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
