Element Care seeks a motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Brighton team. You will deliver habilitation and recreational activities across sites, homes, and telehealth, under the Manager of Habilitation and Activities.
This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8–4, with no evenings or weekends, and involves travel between ADH sites. You’ll develop assessments, write care plans, document progress, and coordinate events.
