Supporting project cost management on a part-time remote basis, the Cost Manager will manage planning, monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting of all project costs associated with design contracts. Key responsibilities Establish and maintain project cost control systems, monitoring labor and expenditures against approved budgets Prepare and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level cost reports, including variance analyses and corrective action recommendations Coordinate client invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline 10-15 years of experience in project controls, cost management, financial analysis, or program management Experience with large infrastructure projects and client/subcontractor invoicing processes Strong capabilities in cost control, financial analysis, and knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and performance drivers
