Mitchell, KY.The objective of this position is to be responsible for performing all activities associated with costing, estimating, pricing, maintenance of estimating related programs, and cost analysis of residential homes.Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate with trade partners and oversee cost codesPrepare detailed estimates and purchase orders for all product in a timely manner while ensuring accuracyUtilize estimating software to verify take-offs and resolve disputesUpdate and maintain bid pricing from all vendorsEstablish working relationships with vendors/subcontractors to enhance effective communicationWe're seeking process-oriented individuals and we're willing to train the right candidate.
