Construction Recruitment Consultant | Mission Critical | Industrial | Commercial

A nationally ranked general contractor is hiring an Estimator to support preconstruction and estimating efforts on large-scale commercial, data center, and industrial projects. This role is ideal for a detail-driven builder who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong foundation in quantity takeoffs, pricing, and subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates
  • Lead quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and bid comparisons
  • Interface with owners, architects, and engineers during design
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
  • Participate in value engineering and budget reconciliation efforts
  • Support handoff to project teams and update historical cost data

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial estimating
  • Strong ability to read plans and specs across all disciplines
  • Familiar with tools like OST, Assemble, Bluebeam, and Excel
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and communication skills
