The Cost Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on all aspects of company costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain cost analysis reports, including budget vs.
actual, variance analysis, and cost of goods soldIdentify and analyze cost drivers and recommend cost-saving opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial dataAssist in the development and implementation of cost control measuresMonitor and report on inventory levels and costsConduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of cost dataPrepare and present cost analysis reports to senior managementStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to cost analysisQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in cost analysis or related fieldStrong understanding of financial principles and cost accountingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Excel and other financial softwareAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience in manufacturing industry is a plusIf you are a driven and detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial analysis, we want to hear from you!
