Cost Accounting Manager

Owning the day-to-day accounting operations, the full-time Finance Automation Manager will manage a small team while overseeing month-end/year-end close, tax compliance, and building internal finance tools to enhance automation, all in a 100% remote setting supporting US Eastern Time hours. Key responsibilities Oversee financials, month-end close, cash flow, and budgeting processes Manage, coach, and develop an accounting team while balancing hands-on ownership with delegation Build and ship internal finance tools, dashboards, and automations using AI coding tools Required qualifications Strong technical accounting experience in ledgers, close, tax, AP, and payroll Proven leadership skills in managing and developing a small team Demonstrated ability to independently build finance tools and automations with coding tools Experience with US accounting practices and exposure to US-based companies Fluent written and spoken English, with experience in global and culturally diverse teams
