Job Title: Plant Cost & Financial Analyst
Location: Fairfield, OH 45014 (Hybrid) Monday-Thursday: Onsite Friday: Work from Home
Duration: 3-Month Contract with potential extension
Pay rate: $45.24/hr. on W2
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Additional Requirement: Availability to work partial Saturdays during month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing costs and plant financial performance.
Prepare and maintain reports related to:
Inventory transactions
Work-in-Progress (WIP)
Material usage variances
Purchase Price Variance (PPV)
Plant P&L reporting
Support month-end close and Analysis of Change (AOC) reporting.
Identify cost drivers, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Master Data teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or Plant Finance.
Strong understanding of:
Standard Costing
Inventory Valuation
WIP
PPV
Usage Variances
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle ERP experience.
Power BI or Power Query experience.
Manufacturing industry background.
Exposure to project-based or engineer-to-order manufacturing environments. xhqgsiq
