Join a stable manufacturing operation where you’ll own plant-level costing and partner directly with operations. This role drives visibility into materials, labor, and overhead to improve performance and margin.

What you’ll do:

  Maintain and update standard costs

  Analyze variances and support decision-making

  n

• n

  Lead inventory and production cost reporting

  n

• n

  Support month-end close and reconciliations

  n
n
• n

  Partner with plant leadership on cost improvements

  n

What you need:

• n

  Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance

  n
n
• n

  3–4+ years of plant/manufacturing accounting (required)

  n
n
• n

  Standard costing & ERP experience

  n
n
• n

  Strong Excel and analytical skills

  n
n

High-impact role with strong visibility. Open to relocation.
