nSeeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to support our manufacturing operations in Houston. This role will be responsible for product costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, budgeting support, and financial reporting for a high-volume manufacturing facility. The Cost Accountant will work closely with operations, supply chain, production, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost data, identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
n5-10 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
nStrong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
nExperience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
nKnowledge of GAAP and manufacturing accounting practices.
nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
