Target Compensation for the Cost Accountant:
$95,000 - $115,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accountant:
- Analyze costs, inventory activity, and financial performance metrics
• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Monitor and investigate cost variances and operational trends
• Partner with business teams to improve reporting and financial processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications for the Cost Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in cost accounting, corporate accounting, or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of inventory, costing methodologies, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems preferred
